Refund Policy
Hear it before you pay
Every song comes with a free preview, so you know what you're getting before you buy.
Revisions
Rush orders (30-minute delivery) include one free revision. Tell us within 14 days of delivery what to change: a line, a name pronunciation, the tempo, a different take. Standard orders (48-hour delivery) don't include revisions.
100% satisfaction guarantee
If you still don't love it, we'll refund the full price. Just reply to your delivery email or write to hello@forever-song.com within 14 days of delivery.
Add-ons
Rush delivery and lyric sheets are refunded along with the song. Video stories are refundable before production starts; once we've started animating your photos, they're covered by the free-revision promise instead.
