1. What we do
TrueSong writes and produces custom songs (and, where purchased, short videos) based on the information you give us. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Your content
You confirm that the names, stories and photos you submit are yours to share and don't infringe anyone's rights. Don't submit content that is hateful, sexual, or about a person who hasn't agreed to it. We may decline or refund any request at our discretion.
3. Previews and purchases
The preview is free. Buying a song is a one-time payment. Once paid, the full song is delivered by email and on your song page. Prices shown at checkout are final and include any add-ons you selected.
4. Your rights to the song
When you buy a song you receive a perpetual, worldwide, personal licence to play, share, post and gift it. You may not resell it or claim you wrote it. We keep the right to use anonymised examples for quality and training unless you ask us not to.
5. AI-assisted creation
Songs are created with the help of AI tools under our direction. Vocals are synthetic. We don't imitate real artists or copyrighted songs.
6. Revisions and refunds
Rush orders (30-minute delivery) include one free revision: reply to your delivery email within 14 days with what to change. Standard orders (48-hour delivery) don't include revisions. If the song still isn't right, see our refund policy.
7. Limits
The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
8. Text messages
If you tick the text-message box, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and song-update texts from TrueSong at the number you gave. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
